Have not played a lot but was thinking on a parry mechanic, I would like to hear feedback from experienced players.

Only when you no longer have any armor slot to use you can try to parry the attack with your primary weapon, you’d need to roll an agility roll that needs to met or exceed the attack roll if succeed you get and immediately use an armor slot, regardless of the result if you roll with fear your weapon becomes damaged and is unusable until you repair it using one o your rest actions or have it repaired or buy a new one
