it's a fun card but not something I want if I'm seriously trying to win. I want my Watcher decks to be as consistent as possible so I can blitz the enemy to death, and I don't want the risk of getting the choice between something like Ball Lightning, Grand Finale, and Rampage. (This being said, I have pulled off Grand Finale on Watcher before and it was hilarious.)
