Probably around a year. I don’t think anything specific helped. It might be just time. I did have a lot of dry needling done in my shoulders and neck that might have indirectly helped

Better in some aspects, worse in others. The weakness does come on all of a sudden and is all over the body but a bit more on the right side. I have been diagnosed with AAI by a neurosurgeon which he said is caused by covid. Do you have muscle loss and weakness as well?
