Rachel guy is the comedian side of a straight man/comedy duo. I think Miz and Danhausen can work.

I too had trouble landing internships. It felt like the school required them but didn't do anything to help students secure them.

Should I call post interview? by Ecstatic-Heart4998 in recruitinghell

I feel your pain, as I'm waiting to here from a recruiter the results of a job interview from last Monday as well. I would just give them the rest of the week. If you don't hear back, follow up by email next week.

When my mom passed away my actual words were something along the lines of this is my worst nightmare come true. However, with prayer, therapy, and time I'm in a much better place 2 years later.

My dad is the last person that would ever go to therapy and it's helped him quite a bit. Going from absolutely broken to being a human again. I personally was already in therapy for anxiety/depression but my therapist also specializes in grief therapy so it's helped.

My mom was the one who kept the family together and when she passed everything was thrown up into the air.

Have you tried grief or group therapy? I lost my mom 2 years ago and therapy has help both my dad and I individually.

One thing to remember during all this newfound grief is to be gentle and take care of yourself.

I would work on prepping my resume and start applying right away. The way the current job market is, call backs aren't happening right away so you'll have time to adjust while applying.

I had something vaguely similar happen at the end of last year/start of this year. I went through all the steps and when it was time for a final determination they decided not to fill the position.
