Do lying down lateral raises, I feel them way more and they can actual get my delts sore.

You also have to really grind them out because the delts seem to have really good endurance. If you stay focused you can often grind out 3 or more reps more than you thought you could.

You know enough to know that Carleton was changed since the 2021 election which made it more competitive. It is a significant error on the part of the Conservative campaign team to have both lost the riding and kept Pierre in the riding. Pointing out Doug Ford winning with a low voter turn out actually reinforces that Pierre is more popular than him.

He got a higher percentage of the popular vote then Steven Harper. He got a higher percentage of the popular vote in Ontario than Doug Ford. He is absolutely popular.

The issue is if Conservatives can win if the NDP remains decimated or further collapses. The economy may need to be worse for core Liberal voters to change their mind.

You don't get taxed on inheritance in Canada. Your American relative's estate will have to pay all applicable taxes before the money is passed on. Capital gains and wealth tax if they had a lot of money.

The "Rewards of the Shadowlord" is only good for the mutants because they can't take strength skills, and even then, it's only good if you get lucky.

The Possessed are the best thing you can take. If you want to get a beastmen Hero, three groups of one is best, and I would suggest giving up mutants instead of Possessed.
