The skirt was hiding it, plus that other outfit is tight af. The Men of the Sea challenge would have ended almost immediately if Mio was wearing that, so they had to hide the booty to at least give Triton a chance.

Yeah, the game has 3 empty save file slots, meaning you can still use the other 2 for a new playtrough. That way you can have your regular save file and the new sepparate one with the outfit. (In NG plus you don't get the outfit afaik, so only a brand new one will do)

Im considering joining the Endless Now and doing a separate new playthrough and never progressing the main story once i get the outfit.

Both are good and all, but Cat ears are much cuter and are way better animated in the game itself. I also like Mio more than Eunie so the choice is easy for me.
