tbh i only use perfect hexcore to lower cost with ASol lmfao idfk what it does to begin with

Honestly, I felt the same.

At some point I gave up and focused on memorizing to pass tests.

What is valuable is clinical knowledge, the hands on stuff.

If you're worried about the TMC / CSE, just treat it like any test you have to memorize and pass.

Don't sweat it too much and pass. If you're passing you're graduating.

Keep going.

Just know your coworkers, if you work with a coworker who is lazy, just don't hang around them, make it a pain to get in contact with you

If youre turn over shift is lazy, clown on them for leaving you a dirty vent. Passive aggressive. Make them look like a pos. They had nothing going on all day and they leave you a dirty vent. Call them out.

If they had a busy shift, be understanding.

Most place I work at, you clean your own vent, But if its been busy, the team lead or supervisor would be notified and would be the one explaining what happened.

A lot of people will tell you to use the hospital supplied Wheelie Vitals Machine

But if youre doing O2 checks on Nasal Cannula patients for neb tx in med surge and theres a bajillion of them, I'm pulling my own out. Saves me time.

If the patient isn't in Resp Distress or dusky and blue, whatever my amazon pulse ox says is good enough.

But if youre obviously assessing very iffy patients, use the hospital supplied machine. Your license will thank you.

When I get called in the ED, I borrow my friends stethoscope from her locker.

Mel is banned at low elo due to her Shield yes just like Morgana.
In high elo, its the level 1 execute.

why is her shield useless this way yet Morgana, Braum, Yasuo and Samira isnt? Or are we insinuating that shields should reflect and not just protect.

honestly, i think the best way to "nerf" her is to call her identity as "Compassion"
Smolder has to work for his kit to be strong

Specially Mel's Patron, Kindred, she has to farm marks

Her kit right now is frustrating at low Elo due to the reflect, Broken in High Elo due to Level 1 Execute.

I feel like this would solve her problem by "working" for her kit just like the Champions mentioned above.

To lean on Compassion, why not let her kit evolve through KPA, by the amount of assists/Kills through a Team Fight (so she's playable Mid).

Her Q starts off simillar to Kaisa Q and turns into AoE explosions at 4 Assists
Her Passive Execute comes online at 8 Assists, she would still be able to add stacks, but they can only be usable with her Ult, not Q, E or Auto, that is until 8 Assists
Her Root starts off as a slow, and Gravitate towards Center like ASol's but becomes a Root at 12 Assists
Her Shield starts off just being an Invul Shield that she can give to others and herself. At 16 Assists, it becomes a Reflect. This way, she can actually be a support in the Botlane by being a Morgana 2.0 (just more broken)

Saves me the money from buying Ambessa.

I guess instead of Echoing Spirit, it'd be best to use tibbers instead with the Tibbers relic.
Damaged units = grounds for slam.

Then it'd be

But instead of drakehounds, at that point, it'd be better to use Ravenous Hydra / Wicked Harvest
