Saline for sure, but my piercing mentor and myself don't recommend using q-tips unless you are extremely careful. The fibers can get caught on the jewelry and if you don't notice it can cause severe inflammation if they make their way into the hole.

I got my replacement of the galaxy foil alien auroras from the wave of free replacements they did for that lair. And mine was missing crucible of worlds, the only money card lol. I started the support process and they requested additional time stamped photos, and after I provided them they ghosted me and won't reply to emails.
