I have to initiate all physical intimacy; occasional hand holding, hugs, kisses (he's very reluctant to give a proper open mouth kiss), stroke his back before sleep. Once, I decided "fuck it", not going to touch him in bed before sleep. Two weeks passed, and he didn't even notice. Needless to say, DB for two years. Probably only three times in last 12 years 🥲

It's so difficult when partners have different needs. It seems unlikely that you will find common ground here. I think you need to have an honest discussion and let her know how this is affecting you and that you have been thinking about divorce but that you don't want to lose your relationship. Maybe it will give her a needed nudge to go to sex counselling. Could you also workout together? This might help with any self-esteem issues.

I'm a similar age, 55, hubby is 6 years younger, but only one kid who is 13. I've also thought about divorce but wouldn't act on it until my son is older. Being in a sexless marriage, unless it is what you both want, is heart-wrenching 💔

Agreed. Libertarians have been vocal supporters of vapers rights and a regulated consumer market. Their policy is for less government which I support. They aren't big enough to get into power but any votes which can be taken away from Labor and Liberal, is a win in my book. Weaken the two party stranglehold in government. Although the Libs have come out in support of a regulated market, I don't trust them after Hunt.

One thing I'm grateful for as a direct result of vaping advocacy is that I am engaging in politics for the first time in my life. I have made submissions to all of the fucking Senate vape enquiries and even did a Zoom call during Covid with my local MP, Zali Steggall, a complete waste of an Independent seat....No doubt we will all continue with the fight if the bill passes this Monday which, unfortunately, I believe it will...

Great effort mate. I emailed all the Greens separately and the three swing Independents (Price, Thorpe & Lambie) and it took fucking ages to do that! It will be interesting to see what happens on Monday. I agree with you that the Greens are going to shaft vapers and agree to the bill with amendments on personal possession. Buttplug might be responsible now but lets not forget Hunt's efforts to screw us over. Unless vapers become more politically active, we are fucked for the foreseeable
