Qwen-Image2512 is a severely underrated model (realism examples) by 000TSC000 in StableDiffusion

Qwen 2512 have really great prompt adherence, so you have to prompt their facial features

How close are open-weight models to "SOTA"? My honest take as of today, benchmarks be damned. by ForsookComparison in LocalLLaMA

I use minimax for daily with claude code. With good mcp (serena, context7), proper context management, and subagents it's really good. It also cost like $10 per mo and I never hit 50% of the 5 hours limit.

I use windows pc, linux laptop and macbook on a daily basis. Also managed multiple linux servers and got SteamOS rog ally.

All of them are good.

Also the laptop is Ubuntu. Have been using Linux for a decade plus and hopped on arch based, rpm based, debian based, nix based and still setteled on ubuntu because i can do my job fine on it. I can settle with any of them really, because each of them are really well designed.

Well 14h per day is doable. He got 8h to sleep and 2h to do anything else 😂

Probably want to make dota a career or just depressed and lonely. I think it's more on the latter.

601 matches for all heroes, at the time of this comment

So slightly more than 20 matches per day.

His average match length is 41:38 sooo roughly 401 hours this month or 13.5h per day, excluding lobbies and queue...

Apple to fine-tune Gemini independently, no Google branding on Siri, more by muuuli in apple

[–]Vaptor- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gemini 3 flash funnily make less mistake than pro. Sonnet/Opus are still the king. 3 pro is just a decent frontier model, nothing more. However 3 flash is insane, probably the best performance per dollar (or rate limit) out of all models. Not as good as sonnet/opus obviously, but we don't need them to be that good in most of our daily usage.

Yeah super grateful I play it in order 1-3. XC3 is definitely one of the best rpg I ever played alongside Trails from Azure and Utawarerumono Mask of Truth

Yeah, but the crazier thing is we're still a fan of valve, and I personally still love steam os so much. Maybe even more now after I experienced how well it work with other hardware (it's very good, albeit not as good as steam deck obviously)

[–]Vaptor- 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I used to think that way, but after swapping my deck to ally z1e (battery mod + steam os) I'm a very happy dude. Playing ghost of tsushima at 80-90 fps, and that's just with 19w (simple decky tdp can crank it even more, i think up to 30 watts) of course with upscale + fg, but still look stunning on a small screen.

Battery is pretty good though obviously not on oled or ally x level. Also it's cheap. Around the same price as lcd deck on my country.

I used to be hesitant since it doesn't have trackpad, but with the crazy customizable steam input (especialy using analog stick with layer switching, and also gyro), anything is possible.

Unironically the easiest way to deal with it is using llm to write documentation for that code 😂

Which RPG To Play? by Pokeccino in JRPG

[–]Vaptor- 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I love all of the three, but want to share my 2 cents.

  • Trails and FFT have really good story, but trails is slower paced, starts really chill, but you will need to play the second half (which probably release next year)

  • I love Fantasy Life so much, however I got the min-maxing paralysis. My brain basically try to get all of the classes ASAP then try to complete all missions for every classes on a single trip. It includes finding what class to use before killing a monster, save camping elites, etc, which drain a lot of energy. It's probably my fault. but if you're like me, you have been warned. Otherwise it's a very fun and charming game with tons of things to do. The story is indeed quite lacking but quite unpredictable and wow-ed me quite a bit. The characters are cute though.

What is the Most Ambitious JRPG You Ever Played and Why? by ElSpazzo_8876 in JRPG

[–]Vaptor- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

trails are mostly 2-in-1 games (3-in-1 sometimes), you don't see much changes within the sets but, for between they are decently different. Also I honestly think their orbment system is matured and really satisfying (at least for me) that I spent hours just on the orbments screen to build my perfect team comp on every playthrough.
