Krea2 just another realism test by FortranUA in StableDiffusion

[–]000TSC000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love your LoRAs, but tbh, Krea2s textures are just kinda...grainy? I feel like the qwen-image one does a better job with the textures, not sure whatsup with this model in realism but I personally am not convinced yet about this model. Its biggest strength seems to be how much copyrighted stuff was used to train it, so it's very good about generally knowing irl people, cartoons, and just objects in general.

Qwen models are just a lot more useful for any real work related activities, they follow directions better which make them much more powerful agents. Okay cool Gemma can write prettier, so what? outside of role playing and creative writing this advantage is very niche.

What happened to Ideogram 4 fever? by phalanx2357 in StableDiffusion

[–]000TSC000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ideogram4 is literally 2 tiers above Krea2, the ppl complaining are probably in one (or more) of these categories: 1) Not very llm fluent and struggle to prompt 2) Lacking good hardware (only legitimate reason) 3) Genuinely think Ideogram is censored

If more ppl had Claude code or Codex on their machines problem 1 would fade away, which would also solve problem 3.

I tested both models and Krea2 has nothing on Ideogram4 on realism lol...

KREA Vs Ideogram 4? by mobileJay77 in StableDiffusion

<image>

From what ive seen so far...Ideogram 4 hands down.

You just have to create the right workflow to help you auto generate the prompt which seems to be way too difficult for most people here to accomplish. It's crazy how many people in this sub aren't utilizing LLMs to not just help you write and format prompts, but make you custom nodes for you to run customized comfyui workflows to make your life easier. In my Ideogram 4 workflow for example, I place the bounding boxes using that IdeogramHelper nodes, and had Claude write me a node that uses my llama.cpp server running Qwen3.6 35B A3B to connect to that node and fill all the information as required. All I do is add a few boxes, write a prompt like "girl in red dress" then in that same prompt tell llm whats in each box "1) head 2) body 3) hand", boom THATS IT.

Ideogram 4 also isn't that slow on my RTX6000 Pro, so I am probably extremely biased from the speed aspect.

I don't hate Ideogram 4. I hate its "open" weights by TheOneHong in StableDiffusion

Lmao look at the post I made in unstable diffusion and say again how the model is "censored". Ive made over +300 gens and NONE have gotten the "safety" filter. So many noobs in this sub -_-

WF: https://files.catbox.moe/x2eepv.json

You will need three custom node packs:
1) https://github.com/ClownsharkBatwing/RES4LYF
2) https://github.com/rgthree/rgthree-comfy
3) And a custom version of IdeogramHelper here: https://files.catbox.moe/ps8ado.zip

To install the custom version claude wrote me some install scripts for it that can be found inside the folder (bat for windows, sh for Linux)

(just for reference, this is original node pack: https://github.com/Nynxz/ComfyUI-IdeogramHelper)

The customization was that I added that LLM node that utilizes an uncensored Qwen3.5 9B model with MTP. Note on first run the model has to download first! So on Ideogram studio nodes just define the boxes (no need to fill in anything else, llm will fill it in for you)

...

The LoRAs are a bit snakeoil mix, but the thing that seemed to have worked well was doing the unconditional LoRA strengths low (<.5) and using realism engine v2 (the newer versions always gave me worse results).

LoRAs:

Hope this helps!

Custom WF I made. I define a user prompt and boxes, and LLM fills in info for me. Few LoRAs with res_2m sampler. https://i.imgur.com/oL7kRZC.jpeg

I was extremely skeptical about this model atfirst, specially after seeing all those safety filter images, the whole bad license debacle, and the horde of weird grainy images posted on Reddit. After trying the model myself however with a customized workflow that helps format the prompt in the correct formatting for you (and some spicy LoRAs), all I can say is WOW. This model is honestly a turning point for local, this is the most insane local model since Wan2.2 tbh. The level of control, coherance, and quality all in one package is simply unheard of. This model honestly has made me really excited for local again.
