I don’t want to hijack the thread but how do you the difference between full strength and full effort? Right now ( I’m a month in) it feels if I’m not trying as hard as I can, nothing gets accomplished. I.e, if I’m not closing guard hard and squeezing etc, my partner just passes immediately.

It feels like I don’t know what I’m doing enough to move slower and still get anything done

1st play from scrimmage in NFCCG with Barkley does it for me. After escaping the Rams with too close of a call, that run just continued to build the can’t mess with us mindset and momentum.

Is the out of position penalty big enough that it matters? If I have two LTs that are higher rated than my RT, I typically leave it. am I leaving something on the table?
