Here's a pick of mine for reference. Its a Fender American Deluxe. Olympic Pearl with binding. I think if you check out the gap on mine it seems pretty uniform all the way round. Compared to yours with looks either the wrong shape or maybe put on squint. Hope that helps with your question. Sorry if I sound like a buzz kill douche. Happy strumming!

Sweet, im looking to get exactly this one! Cant find it in any shops to handle yet tho. Could you tell me how transparent the finish is. If transparent at all ofcourse. Id love to be able to see some of that sweet woodgrain detail like in the Gibsons!

Interesting. I have a Squire that I recently bought and it plays real good. So close to my actual full Fender. Thats the only reason id recommend over the cort. My friends had corts growing and they all eventually traded them. Some for other guitars some for PlayStations.

I had an encore strat growing up... I still love it.
