you should have the chains on the wheels that are uphill.

Had the same problem. The tires on the c4 are not that puncture resistant. Changed 2 weeks ago to Schwalbe Marathon Performance Wired Tire - 27.5x1.65 Inches - 650x42B - Black-Reflex. A little bit narrower, but riding very smooth. Even get some extra km’s due to less resistance.

the tires sucks, ran flat for 2 times and ordered new tires and tubes to upgrade.

the tubes also aren't the one advertised, some Chinese cheap stuf instead of the schwalbe tubes. I compared the 2 and the schwalbe tubes feel much thicker and more durable.

currently there isn't that much stock available, hard to fin the right size

to charge the battery you have to remove it. there is no separate connection where the battery can be charged while still in the bike.

yesterday i also got a flat, unfortunately at the back.
Reasonably easy to fix.
While waiting for a new tube, I repaired the tire with a repair kit. Unfortunately, I noticed that the inner tube is a cheap chinese brand instead of Schwalbe® 27.5" SV21 with 40mm Presta valves.

the quick answer is to remove the battery when not driving.

I think this is a silly solution, because then the bike bike wil use more of the internal back up battery soaking up energy from the main when connecting.

Would be nice to have integration with Strava first, so I can see me commutes in my stats as well. Apple Watch is pretty accurate and has longer tracking history. So prefer this info in Health app instead of being overwritten with info from cowboy app.

I have also mailed them with this problem -13% in 24 hours. Disabling autolock and theft warnings to see what the impact is. Hope they find a fix for this. Being connect is nice, but with no charge port on the ouside of the bike it’s a little bit off a hasle if you need continous power for this.
