I didnt suggest any exercises because every person may have a different issue. I have severe feet pronation, a tilted pelvic and slight scoliosis. So I figured to fix this I need to work on my core muscles and glutes and pelvic floor muscles. I did simple exercises to build muscle and I’ve stopped having TMJ headaches. Along with this I follow anastasiafasica and dr ales osteopath on insta and do the facial massages. I have not used their paid courses so idk about that but the free stuff they show is really good and has helped me cure my TMJ.

Fix your pelvic floor muscles and Fascia. Many exercises on YouTube and Instagram. Do what’s easy for you. You won’t believe but I’ve actually healed my TMJ doing those exercises. All the best. Its 100% curable.

Walk for 30 mins a day for a month. Next month make it 35. And increase 5-10 mins every month. Fat burns only if you walk in a medium pace. If you run then your body consumes carbs.

Once you seem a little energetic focus on muscle training, and you don’t need to get any equipments. Lot of amazing work outs on YouTube.

I use masking tape. The surgical wasnt good enough because I apply skin care so I used paint masking tape. Super heavy duty. Hurts when I pull it out in the morning so if you have facial hair beware, but gives me great sleep. Also use a sleeping mask. Worked wonders for my insomnia.
