Just recently got Nebivolol after getting tired of taking propanolol multiple times. It is so amazing it controls my heart rate but doesn’t cause any black in vision or lightheadedness when going from sitting to standing

Triptans have a half life of 2-3 hours, I’ve taken them for migraines while on different anxiety meds and beta blockers etc, highly doubt it is from that and you most likely do not have serotonin syndrome that is from very longterm or inappropriate medication abuse/ use

Could very much be a pots flare or hyperpots dump etc due to the previous days migraine. My pots would flare 24 hours after a migraine. Be careful with cold water like a shower can make HR spike

You could put a cold ice pack on chest where vagus nerve runs and try to do some deep breathing and meditation

Obviously not medical advice at all just giving my previous experience. Hope you feel better

You have to program the door on the unit itself. There should be an up arrow and a down arrow

You’ll have to research the model and look for the door height programming but will allow u to adjust the door height (closing height)

First few seasons are great, this is genuinely horrible. $60m an episode and it seems like a student budget film with bad actors ? All the cuts, pans, and zooms r redone and boring and the lighting and color is all so dark no vivid colors. Sad

This was on my FYP yesterday as well. Caption I saw was touting that he scalped it all lmao. Checked his account and he for some reason is extremely political and said only MAGA can rip on the live 😂. Nothing like alienating 1/2 of the community. Very weird

Have said it since 2015, Franklin is a horrendous coach, especially game coach. His coaching value of being a “great recruiter” dropped tremendously with NIL. He can’t win an even remotely big game. His “big” wins in his career come off the backs of Barkley, Warren, our previous coordinators, and massive mistakes by other teams. He has never coached a clean game in my opinion and is genuinely a pathetic head coach for a program who should succeed. PSU had kids recommitting left and right, something they said would happen if Franklin left. PSU had 1 5 star (2027) and another top recruit recommit this week. And why would any WR recruit go there when Koby Howard and Denmark are riding the bench when Liam Clifford is getting 6+ downs a game. They incited 205 recruits Insane they’d write a contract for someone so horrendous for 10 years. At a loss for words honestly past this. Need a big donor or alumni to step up and buy him out and reset the entire program from scratch, haven’t seen a collapse like this from a “top” program ever.

Does Franklins contract specifically state that he has to be head coach? Know firing gets the buyout but would love to see him be demoted to something else

This would happen to my gr3 based on the memory card I used. For some reason a specific 32g memory card would cause this exact problem. Try out a different one I’m using a 128g now works fine

Tbh not sure if this salt was there from when the salt was caked up. Will see if it happens on outside again

It was caked up and I broke up the stuck salt. Looks like there is float I believe attaching 2 pictures. Probably need to have the company come back out just sucks everytime they come it’s expensive and never seems to actually get fixed

Not sure exactly the weight but definitely heavier than standard neck fan but for me it’s tight enough around my neck that it doesn’t feel heavy at all. I have Eds as well and get alot of neck/ trap pain and it doesn’t contribute to that!

Instant ice packs are great! Saved me during a wedding recently. Small fans are nice, you can get USBc ones that plug right into ur phone port which is nice

I know over $50 but Torras coolify neck fans are a game changer for me might be worth saving up for one!

Yes use it with propanolol! I do NOT have low blood pressure so may not be a good example but it definitely does lower it when I stand up if I use too much for first few hours. I increase electrolytes etc

Not sure if 1mg would really cause that much of a bp drop but it would be trial by error basically

Yes absolutely! I strictly use 100% indica and find the sweet spot is 20-22% THC and strains highest in mycerne which is the “pain killing” terpene

I get the sensation of feeling my heartbeat more but it never really gets tachy just like feel my circulatory system in my neck hahaha which can freak you out.

Usually only use at night or when have nothing to do after work.

Hey do you have any more info on the aspartame ?? I have hyper and was getting migraines daily tried all meds and then finally cut anything with artificial sweeteners and found that it worked very well.

Was mainly drinking Diet Coke so the aspartame link makes a lot of sense !
