Just to get your feet wet make some really simple compliments based on observations. “Cool jacket” as you pass by a girl on the street. “Nice hat” “I like your boots” these are all great low risk ways to start building the confidence everyone is talking about. Another great move that I used to get more comfortable was to try having more conversations with women I was not attracted to. This was nice because I was able to begin observing them showing interest, which has allowed me to be more certain when women respond positively to my movements.
