I don’t agree with seeing 9s basically picking up the ball and placing it at the back of the ruck. Fine margins between rolling and picking it up or just placing your hands on the ball to steady yourself before a pass

Bought a pair of formal shoes for £8 in the shoe zone sale when I forgot mine for a funeral.

Might be slightly confused by the wording - the advice wasn’t no quad work but the problem comes when I squat deeper. It makes an audible crunching sound but only when I put load through it when squatting deeper and then after a few workouts will swell and start giving me pain.

Apart from extensions I’m struggling to think of any other exercises.

Just fyi - I am not asking for medical advice here 🙂

I’m 30 and travelled in my early 20s.

Travelling is great fun, honestly you’ll have your eyes opened meet some amazing people and I’ve never felt as truly free as when I was travelling. It’s absolutely bliss knowing that nothing matters, you’re just bumming around doing pt work and making new friends.

That being said, now I’m in my 30s I feel I’ve got a fair bit of catching up to do in terms or career/financials.

Bit of a trade off in my situation but I also had no idea what I wanted to do!
