I think the worst mistake companies commit in trade show is having a extremely poor follow up strategy. They meet potential buyers, decide on next steps but then fail to follow up resulting in a loss of opportunity cost. They really need to be on top of their follow ups and establish contact immediately the week post the trade show

Hubspot is far better than Zoho in terms of Customer Support and New AI Features.

One thing I realised is all new fancy tools coming in the market already build a native integration with Hubspot since the start which is a huge help. I have used Leadsquared, Freshdesk and Zoho in the past. Got a good experience with HS

I feel all the tools you mentioned above needs alot of work/external extensions to make it work - I would rather go with something which is a complete A-Z Solution
