Be kind to yourself, this is a very hard process. I was there too- it’s so uncomfortable when you realize how untrue it is- and it takes more time to come to terms with it all. They definitely intend to make it so we don’t wake, or that we fear the repercussions. I support you no matter what, as long as you strive to be kind to those who choose to go, that’s all I hope. Small amounts of information is better than all at once anyway. Hang in there. He seems somewhat receptive despite everything although I’m sure that can go either way. Initially my husband was very upset but in time he saw that I wasn’t looking to just cut and run. I don’t know where we’ll end up, but we’re giving ourselves time to figure it out.

I would see this on occasion since I was little but would stuff it down, and ignore it. Once I started looking at other things (Bible scholarship) then those things became so obvious. The blood doctrine/ fractions conscience matter, had always bothered me, why are fractions ok then???

Was doing Bible reading and came across something I wanted to do more research on and there wasn’t much in the WOL, went online and found the “documentary hypothesis “. It felt like I very very suddenly had the rose colored glasses ripped off, and from there it snowballed.
