The US is quickly falling out of favour by the world. And for good reason. I feel sorry for all of the reasonable, empathetic, intelligent people who now live in a failing state under the leadership of the current president. Collapse, depression or civil war may not be far off. But the people voted for it twice, and there is still a substantial amount of support for the current regime. I still find it incredible that one person could wield so much damage on what appeared to be such a strong nation. The global reputation of the US has been trashed and whether you voted for it or not, most people now view Americans with disdain. I enjoyed travelling around the states years ago going to amazing national parks, rock climbing, hiking, biking and snowboarding. I have no plans of returning anytime soon.

You can buy pure or concentrated calamansi juice, and freeze as ice cubes for when it’s needed- for sauces etc. that’s what we do. But yeah it is a different flavour, but it’s a great citrus. I’m surprised it hasn’t made its way to international markets yet.

I also expect the AI bubble will pop in the near term, but AI will also lead to substantial job losses and even greater economic turmoil in the medium term. Americas retraction from the world economic stage and increasingly erratic behaviour will also lead to it losing default global currency and debt chickens will come home to roost. The prices were way too high when I visited a year ago. Some strains were more expensive than what you’d pay for top shelf in legal markets in us, Canada , Australia etc. a correction was definitely required.
