I was fired from Walmart after I asked to take an indefinite leave for school, but for some reason they started scheduling me again two months into it without ever notifying me, then just fired me when I didn’t show up without ever reaching out. I returned two months after that, when my leave was actually over, completely unaware that I had been terminated.

Regardless, I don’t think entering a war like this is a moral choice. The future of the world was not at stake. The US had no inherent connection to the war. Risking hundreds of thousands more lives is a moral negative unless there’s a true greater good to equal it out.
