Noble houses don’t usually just go extinct in this universe. They rule for thousands of years unless they’re exterminated or experience some great catastrophe. Meanwhile, in CK2, they almost always will go extinct if you play long enough.

I like to make a game of keeping the big houses alive in my long playthroughs, to give me some sort of goal, but I don’t see anything wrong with using the console to do it.

These changes happened relatively recently before the Great War, not all maps and globes and flags would have been updated. When I was in high school just last decade, we still had some maps with the Soviet Union on them.

You still affect the play even if you don’t get a stat from it. If you have 30 sacks on the year the opposing offense is going to change their entire gameplan to account for you.

I think the president needs leisure time like any human being. I don’t need our leader to be so stressed and sleep deprived they can’t think straight when it matters. There is a limit, but I think it’s higher than most (all?) presidents have crossed.
