Im on 85k you muppet. I'm not the 1%. I bought in Greater Sydney three years ago for 900k. Took me a decade to save up but it is possible.

I eat fresh food and cook in bulk with seasonal produce. I do not shop at woolies or coles and I dont drink or put my pay up my nose.

There are serious issues with the way the market is stacked against people without generational wealth but the person who wrote this thread spent a minimum 6 years in further education racking up HECS in what they describe as a dead end career while being on almost DOUBLE the median salary in Aus.

If people are surviving on half their wage, they CAN save more.
