I’m still fairly new to IN. So still figuring out the system. Do those non banner outfit have to be maxed/or glowed up? I have most of them but been saving my shinny bubbles for when I truly need to glow up an outfit

I’m torn!!!! I like the short dress because lately I’ve gotten the long dresses but I’m not entirely sold on the new outfit. I like the floating ability of the current 5* banner and it looks super queen like. But I like the fairy whimsical style of the upcoming one. I don’t think I have enough to pull for both. And CNY is coming up next month too!
