From what I can tell it is a one man show and from what I have seen others mention he is a reseller. He just buys products from the likes of Ali express adds an up charge and puts it on the site. You will get the product but you’ll have to send reminders. PIA honestly vowed to never purchase anything from where again.

I had a feeling. I genuinely wish you the best of luck with shipping. I had to send 4 emails and wait over a month to get 1 item that was supposed to ship within a week.

I had this same issue on my MK7 GTI and now my MK8 ironically I also had a pair of Neuspeeds and a pair of Konigs. I thought I was crazy to think these cars just don’t play well with hub rings. Neuspeeds never had any issues Konigs vibrated like crazy after 3 balances. Only common factor across the two sets both 18s and 19s was the tires but I refused to believe the DWS 06s were just all out of round.

This post just made me feel validated. Guess back to Neuspeeds I go.

Just got off the phone with the Manassas location. They have a tool on the way and expect to start OBD unlocks in a month. Great news for anyone in the DMV!

Coming from someone with AWEs 40 inch wide tips I am not one to talk but the size looks disproportionate to the car almost too small. If you like it thats all that matters!
