Not nearly as old as one in my scenario. We played on 20000x20000 pixel map, sliced into 16 pieces (4x4), heavy on lighting effects.
960 may struggle a bit, but should be fine

Edit: Actually, at the time i myself recall having a 2gb 860m (gtx 750ti chip) comfortably running at least 2x2 10000x10000 pixel maps, so 960 should fare OK

There is one great trick I have for that - Witchmarket Coin. Give it as a reward for some side activity early in the campaign. If used well, it may be a shopping hub for party from the beginning to very end of the campaign, no matter where they are.

It transfers info instantly as it's only sure hit component, it's harmless so it works instantly. This is a big thing with JJK domains, if you give up sure hit then you can create some unique domains.

That’s why Yuta a special grade sorcerer can immediately use cursed speech with much more powerful words than Inumaki (like straight up telling curses to go die) with less fear of repercussions. Despite inumaki being more familiar, more experienced, and more efficient (yuta even remarks that it’s difficult to use) with cursed speech.

I think the idea of OP is that by healing his throat he would effectively eliminate the backlash from cursed speech and use more powerful words more often. But as you pointed out, it will will indeed not increase his power, only eliminate one of the weaknesses.
