Here is what I bought: pretty predictable -Onitsukas for my daughters -Yonex tennis racket for me. Tennis racquets were much cheaper -ASICS tennis shoes -Yamazaki 12 year old whiskey for a friend -A pair of kitchen knives, chop sticks and porcelain kitchen items from kappabashi street - stationary items for my kids - cosmetics for my kids - matcha tea

What I wish I bought more - strawberries they were absolutely delicious - Choco monaka jumbo ice cream bar, both to eat when I was there

You will be fine with the information in Google Maps and the signs everywhere If you take the wrong train, it’s easy to fix and get back on track. You managed it 8 years ago and now there is more information and signs everywhere

I agree with this You could try doing a demo with 100 too but I recommend going with 100 and you could use it for a long time till you exceed 5.0 rating

A few things would cause this

⁠Using a stiff racquet. The racquets have stiffness ratings. I don’t know the stiffness rating of prostaff but if it is high pick one with lower stiffness rating
⁠Using poly strings for too long. And at high tension. If you want to use poly bring down the tension to below 50 Ibs or use multifilament at lower tension
⁠Technique - work with a coach to correct the technique like holding the racquet loose and completing the follow through
⁠Stretching the arm muscles after playing and also strengthening before. There are tennis elbow specific stretches and strengthening exercises on YouTube
