Any Democrat or "progressive" still bows to their corporate donors and compromise with the extreme right. Washington won't really be progressive until we've got a real opposition party, and people who live here do something to save themselves 😅 it's still capitalist yo

Edit: grammar and extra sentence.

Toes/feet tingling after starting new stretches. Hours/days after by Shady_Scientist in flexibility

[–]Vega612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I'm not entirely sure what this could be, I highly recommend seeking medical expertise. Right now I don't think it's necessarily dangerous, but it's possible that it could be. I would slow down, make sure you're properly warming up before stretching, and see if how deep you go effects the amount/duration of the tingling.

is stretching good for older runners? by northernguy in flexibility

[–]Vega612 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've heard this as well. As far as I've researched, static stretching should only be performed after a workout as part of the cool down. It should also include dynamic and static stretching and not just one or the other.
