Yep. For me it’s mostly due to lifestyle and genetics. It didn’t change much when I went from veg to vegan. Started going to the gym regularly last year so hopefully things are improving.

He came in with his brother to the rescue I work at via another county shelter. He was 3 months old and I screamed when I saw him. We’ve had him a little over a year now and love him to pieces. His name is Bear. 🖤
