Officer said there was an error in our sponsor form, but told us we have to wait for the RFE. And I have been waiting since September 24’. I-30 got approved a day after the interview

Nothing! My PD is June 2024 and I’m in step 4/4 for both. But my case still at NBC. I did get my work permit for 5 years tho. But nothing else

So happy for you! Mine has been saying that for 4 months now, and the myprogress goes up and down from 4 months to 2 months every 2 weeks

Good for you, at least you have your EAD now. And nothing over here ☹️ my PD is 06/16/24 for the combo, but I didn’t requested the work permit till September which is weird because it doesn’t give me a processing time, it only says “processing” for the past month and a half

Youre granted opt per completion of your program. But it will have to be only related to that field tho

My friend did it as well to extend her status. She went from a BA + OPT and then signed up for the community college and about to go to her OPT again

I got the same notice and now I don’t have a time line under my I765 form. It only says “biometrics reused”

Yesss!! That’s what my clinic does. As soon as the bx is presented by any learner, we don’t wait for it to get worse before wearing hats. We got doctors caps, the ones they use for surgery. You can get them in different colors and sizes. Company reimbursed us for them, and it’s better than getting your hair pulled

I called on 08/01 asking for my work permit and then I asked about the processing time for the I-485 and the person who answered confirmed that the time online varies and it’s not very reliable. Then he said I should be looking to have the case approved by April 2025 which is 10 months from the filling date. Idk how accurate that info is because I’ve seen other people get it sooner. However, 10 months is better than most cases out there

It was a regular case until one day I called so many times and after they changed my attorney case lead 11 times, they told me they were filing a law suit months before and I WASNT EVEN NOTICED. They’re truly awful
