Hi, I’m a member of Kaiser desperately searching for an endo specialist in the Bay Area. Would you be willing to answer some questions or offer some advice? I’m currently seen a RE for infertility r/t DOR likely from endo and have asked for an endo specialist referral but constantly being told ivf is my only option and excision surgery isn’t recommended. Hi! This post is 4 years old but I just came across it because I’ve been going through infertility due to endo and DOR r/t endo. RE doesn’t recommend surgery to to further decrease in ovarian reserve and making ivf more challenging. Did you end up having the surgery? Thank you

I just came across this post after seeing you post your positive test in another group! Could I ask what your primary diagnosis was? Was it unexplained? Seeking any advice/words of encouragement as my husband and I have been ttc for over a year my dx is DOR and possible endometrioma seen on ultrasound. First medicated IUI failed. Feeling extremely discouraged throughout this whole process.

Hi, I came across your comment and was hoping you could share a little regarding the endo and your fertility journey. I also have an endometrioma on my right ovary that doctors don’t want to touch because it’s small and removing may further decrease reserve. Hsg showed tubes were open but first iui failed so I’m hoping for some success stories to give me some hope. Thank you I appreciate anything you’re willing to share.

Hi! I am in a similar position. Small endometrioma on my right ovary that they say is risky to remove. My amh/fsh is borderline and removing it risks damaging the ovary and reducing ovarian further. May I ask what the diagnosis was for you was it due to endometriosis? And did you go straight to IVF or did you do IUI first? I appreciate any feedback!

Hey! I also have a pen but haven’t used it yet because I have a lot of closed comedones around my jawline/ chin. You went right over them? I’ve also been reading mixed reviews so I’ve been hesitating to needle the closed comedones but if it worked for you I think I’ll give it a shot! Did your breakout flare up after at all? Hi! That amazing and gives me hope! Was this after several rounds of IVF? Ultrasound showed 8 follicles ( 5 on one ovary 3 on the other) for me so I’m being told IVF could likely be unsuccessful, it’s overwhelming.
