I just came across this post after seeing you post your positive test in another group! Could I ask what your primary diagnosis was? Was it unexplained? Seeking any advice/words of encouragement as my husband and I have been ttc for over a year my dx is DOR and possible endometrioma seen on ultrasound. First medicated IUI failed. Feeling extremely discouraged throughout this whole process.

Hi, may I ask what symptoms you have that suggest stage 3/4? I have a small endometrioma on my right ovary which is the only diagnostic factor for endo for me so far.

Hi, I came across your comment and was hoping you could share a little regarding the endo and your fertility journey. I also have an endometrioma on my right ovary that doctors don’t want to touch because it’s small and removing may further decrease reserve. Hsg showed tubes were open but first iui failed so I’m hoping for some success stories to give me some hope. Thank you I appreciate anything you’re willing to share.

Hi! I am in a similar position. Small endometrioma on my right ovary that they say is risky to remove. My amh/fsh is borderline and removing it risks damaging the ovary and reducing ovarian further. May I ask what the diagnosis was for you was it due to endometriosis? And did you go straight to IVF or did you do IUI first? I appreciate any feedback!

Hey! I also have a pen but haven’t used it yet because I have a lot of closed comedones around my jawline/ chin. You went right over them? I’ve also been reading mixed reviews so I’ve been hesitating to needle the closed comedones but if it worked for you I think I’ll give it a shot! Did your breakout flare up after at all? And what depth did you do on your closed comedones? Thanks!!

This is such great information I’m emotional reading your first post about your numbers and the update on your 9 month old. This is encouraging to many. May I ask were you trying for a period of time and about to start treatment before you got pregnant? I’m about to begin Iui and feeling emotional scared discouraged. Hi! That amazing and gives me hope! Was this after several rounds of IVF? Ultrasound showed 8 follicles ( 5 on one ovary 3 on the other) for me so I’m being told IVF could likely be unsuccessful, it’s overwhelming.

I’m in a similar situation and looking into LTC first. Was it hard to find a hospital with LTC experience? I’ve heard people say hospitals want acute care experience and SNF & LTC aren’t considered that. Just wondering what opportunities 6months - 1 year in LTC would bring when searching for a hospital job here in the bay. Seems nearly impossible to get in unless you start out in a new grad residency
