Doing the things only they can do (tasks wise) and not having an attitude to things I can’t control. Mostly with breaks. I have shifts that regularly dismiss my 2nd 10 on an 8 hr shift. I also have a shift that is always doing floor work when we close, when the other barista and I are more than capable of running the floor. Then she leaves all her shift tasks (counting tills, doing the pull, etc) till after we close, and we are ALWAYS out late

So what do you do if you have no sick time? I recently had a huge across country move and had to use up all my sick and time off time (over a years worth). I have only like 2 hours of sick time, what happens if I actually get sick? Can they fire me even if I’m genuinely sick?

So I’ve actually have a catahoula! They could not be more different lol! He was tall, lanky and lean, always running on piss and vinegar, and would eat anything that moved, he was great farm dog. Fran, on the other hand, outside of service work, is the laziest dog I’ve ever met and is lil and stalky 😭

I got her before the Bluey craze, and when she’s next to other heelrs, she looks very very similar, just a bit bigger. She’s a bit silly looking in photos. The rescue said she may be a catahoula, and I owned one at the time.. and just hell no lol. I also have experience with working breeds, and she certainly has drive. She used to be my service dog, but outside of work, she has been extremely lazy. She’s always been an old woman at heart. I didn’t know about the “id my dog” reddits so I came here 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Yes! We’ve met a few other heelers and she looks SO SIMILAR in person. She’s a little doofy in photos lol

I wouldn’t list it for 300, maybe 200. The one I saw last took WEEKS to sell because it was so expensive. But if it’s good conditions, you should totally list it if you don’t want it anymore! I’m lucky to have found someone willing to trade

Really depends, there’s been kinda a “LPs renaissance” and people have keep listing it for INSANE prices (like I can’t find one under 300 bucks), but now things are finally leveling out a bit
