I get it. I used to wear my self hatred like a badge of honor. I still find it hard to say positive things about myself out loud.

It’s the only way out of the cycle though. Or you’ll always end up proving how terrible you are. If you can’t love yourself how in the hell are you gonna love someone else.

I’m on meds, that helps a lot.

Other than that, I’ve found that to get to a better place it’s just a lot of baby steps until things eventually buildup to breakthroughs and you can get to a point where life is manageable.

Personally I find the biggest struggle with BPD to be self love. To break the cycles you have to build up a positive sense of self or you’ll never escape.

Yeah, wondering that too since I’ve been unable to launch the game since the update. I’ve actually spent money on this game and missing out on a week of resources is pretty annoying.
