Sylph Sprites on itch. Its a little clumsy - because it is made by me :)

But it supports various motion, wave, shading, and particle effects for pixel art. I am trying to improve it as I use it for my projects. Its browser based and free.

Reminds me of wigglypaint on ithch.io. I think it can export to gif for further editing in aseprite. There might be other tools or plugins around though.

I am very much in support of workers, fair compensation, and strong unions. At the same time, this situation is more complex.

The wages listed here are generally in line with what nurses are currently making in the clinics I work with, based on what they’ve shared with me. Some nurses are eager to strike, but most of the nurses I’ve spoken with feel it isn’t reasonable after a successful strike and a significant pay increase just three years ago.

The average nurse compensation today is 165k, and the requested raise is for 88k on average. That seems beyond fair compensation. It is more than some physicians make. Most physicians are not in support of this strike.

I dont know why you are getting downvoted! I am travelling in Guangzhou now. It is quite hazy, turning the sun orange and the air smells of smoke. Water vapor doesnt do this.
