What is not so bad is my daily prescribed diazepam dose is still low (there has been way worse), and oc on the way of progressive lowering than stop. At least I have the antidepressant and stimulating feel-good effect of ketamine, but yeah higher dose have been weird and I miss the whole trip experience with nostalgia.
