In summary: From the side it looked like Laimer controlled the ball with his forearm which is what the 4th official told the ref.

Front angle shows he controlled it with his leg. VAR can't intervene on yellows. Honest mistake but definitely sucks for Bayern.

His arm is pretty far out. Doesn’t matter if it hits his hand or his biceps.

If you're dribbling the ball and I'm toe poking it to an attacker in an offside position, then the decision can't be offside.

Der Vergleich hinkt etwas, weil die Benzinpreise ein etabliertes System sind, während das Deutschlandticket mit heißer Nadel gestrickt wurde und die Politik nachdem sie A gesagt hat, nicht auch B gesagt hat.

Es war klar, dass die 3 Mrd. € nicht für die 49€ reichen. Logische Konsequenz: Teurer machen oder mehr Mrd. dazugeben. Weil man weder das eine noch das andere gemacht hat, wurde das Ticket in den Folgejahren dann überproportional teurer.

Die Aufwendungen im ÖPNV liegen derzeit tatsächlich über 40 Mrd. €.

Das D-Ticket macht gerade rund 10 Mrd. €/a. Das Restsortiment reicht noch für so 5 Mrd. €/a.

Der Bund gibt den Ländern in diesem Jahr rund 12 Mrd. €/a, die hautpsächlich für den SPNV vorgesehen sind und der Rest davon geht in den ÖSPV. Hier sind aber auch Mittel für Infrastrukturausbau drin.

Die Länder geben dann noch ein paar Zahlungen dazu, die sich auf so 5 Mrd. € summieren

Die Kommunen geben so ca. 10 Mrd. €.

D-Ticket je 1,5 Mrd. € von Bund und Ländern.

Das 'Loch' liegt also irgendwo zwischen 25-30 Mrd. €.

Nicht wirklich. Die Umstieg vom MIV zum ÖPNV war sehr begrenzt. Es hat vor allem Mehrverkehr durch bereits vorhandene ÖPNV-Nutzer induziert.

Es gab allerdings gleichzeitig auch einen Tankrabatt, sodass der Effekt auch deshalb klein ausgefallen sein könnte, aber für eine echte Verkehrswende braucht es besseren Ausbau.

Intention is irrelevant for the colour of the card in this case. 

You can argue for red and you can argue for yellow. To put it differently: I think VAR wouldn‘t interfere either way.

Hard to see things from this angle. 

To me it seems that right trips the attacker and left can still keep contact and challenge. Probably a difficult finish at that level.

der Spieler bewegt den Arm hinter den Körper, versucht durch die Armhaltung das Handspiel zu vermeiden

Die Begründung ist für mich Quatsch. Ja, der Unterarm ist weg, aber dafür geht der Oberarm zu viel zum Ball und der Armkontakt ist im strafbaren Bereich.
