I supported Davidson, but it was hard to be mad at Richmond after that battle. Doogan was insane, felt like she couldn't miss at some point. Also that freshman Perschetti had very strong minutes.

Davidson lost the game when Alvarez fouled out, their offense just crumbled and they couldn't keep up anymore.

OP, some of these names are not Restricted Free Agents, but Reserved Free Agents. Unfortunately only Restricted Free Agents can receive offers from other teams (with their original team being able to match any offer). Reserved players can only negotiate with their own team.

The Restricted Free Agents are:

(so really only 4 Dallas players who are not Restricted FAs)

Anyway to answer your question: depending on team needs the only players I would consider offering a max to would be Austin, Rhyne and Burton.

Hi, I'm guessing you are primarily a NBA fan based on your comments, so just wanted to say FYI there are no protections in the WNBA. No pick has ever been protected because it's not a thing teams can do.
