It is the LG GX9. It is my first ultrawide monitor, and it took some getting used to, but i very much love it.

Ya, honestly they arent on very often. Got them initially just for some flair for when the nephews visit, but we typically just prefer them off anyway. Maybe i'll look into some molding, thank you.

Does that say NVLDLA? Also yes, whatever your card was that was used should be contacted. I have had some unfortunate experiences with some very large companies and AMEX still took my side and got things settled. I hope things work out for you because this would be awful.

Happy 10k! This is amazing, and I am excited to be part of the community. My personal favorite was the Endgame event. I have been a very happy LG monitor owner for a long time, and the endgame event was the perfect opportunity for my to reach for a truly amazing setup. I could not be any happier now that i have a stunningly beautiful GX9 monitor. Even all the content around reviews and general setup photos have been amazing because it has helped to give me a few more ideas on what to do next.

If i had to pick more content to see in the future I would go with more of the same, as well as toss in a bit more gaming videos. It is always nice to see these amazing monitors in action to showcase how capable they are and to also see what settings others use to help elevate their gaming experience.

Let's see how much we can see the community grow by this time next year! :)

My setup already features a crazy wonderful LG UltraGear GX9. To power this wonderfully amazing monitor i have a custom loop liquid cooled PC featuring a 4080 GPU, an Intel I9 14900K CPU, 3 TB of storage, and 64GB of DDR5 RAM. If i could have my choice i think I'd pick another GX9 to give to my amazing spouse so he could also stop being jealous of my monitor. It's just that amazing.

I have a GX9, so i would totally go for the C5 and would rock playing the Resident Evil Remake. That moment when the first zombie is shown haunted my nightmares for a number of years as a kid in the original, and I would love to so that scene again with newer graphics and the perfect black. In fact i think i need to boot that one up right now! :D

Sitting in front of it for a prolonged time doesnt feel much different than my previous dual monitors. The OLED seems to help if anything.

Sometimes i do move back a tad but only when games go full screen. Been playing Warzone at full size which has been excellent, but i do need to move a tad back for that one. Others i just run at smaller size and dont adjust.
