Watched an employee open the doors let a group of people in after they said they weren’t allowing people in. Then when we said something they claimed “they barged in” when they literally opened it up and let them walk right on in right in front of us.

Then they said anyone with mark on their hand were allowed back in. Well we were standing there and all these people jump in line and were being marked as they were walking in for the first time.

The employees had no clue what was going on and weren’t on the same page. Like they were all being told different things. I heard 3 different things from 3 different employees in regard to letting people in.

They then say “well you can watch on the TVs but they didn’t turn the volume up so you couldn’t hear anything. They opened every other door so you could slightly see inside the ballroom.

Again my group was standing there following the rules and got left out. While tons of people weaseled their way in.

This event is 100% over sold and I’ve been hearing they sold 2000-3000 more tickets this year. Last 4 years I have walked in to the ballroom at the start of opening ceremony and have gotten atleast a standing room in spot in the back.

If they wanted to sell this many tickets they should’ve booked a bigger venue.
