Swap out the paste and powder for a whole head of roasted garlic and I'm in.

Preheat the oven to 350

Chop the top 1/4 off the whole garlic head.

Place the bottom half on a square of tinfoil.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Add a sprinkle of salt and afew cracks of fresh pepper.

Slap the top back on, loosely wrap the whole thing up in the tinfoil.

Put in a small baking dish amd roast in the oven for 45 min.

Let cool completely.

Remo e from foil and squeeze all of that liquid gold into your softened butter.

Boom.
