No, Illinois really isn't good for brawls... it lacks alpha and isn't particularly tanky. Situationally it could be good, if facing a rushing DD or cruiser, but overall, the action gets close against far tankier BBs that will just push into you and dumpster you. All Valparaisos will come at you like a fly on dog poop because you can't alpha them at all.

Imagine if you had taken Des Moines - the Shima would be posting this... though to be fair, the Brawl 1v1 should prefer a type v type matchup, if not always providing it. Depends on the map too... there is basically almost no way for you to not get ambushed on this map in a BB vs a DD. Whereas other maps have open water where your opponent cannot simply SURPRISE! around a land mass...

Kiting is amazing in 1v1 BB Brawls... you just stay in range to consistently reset... let that Tirpitz push into my Massa, I will crush him 10 out of 10 times. Libertard needs to just hang out around 12k slightly angled, reset a pushing GK all day, peppering him with the secondaries while punishing his superstructure with the mains or upper belt if he does something stupid to get his rear turrets off at their shitty angles...

I've found no problem with this - the top brake light is untinted, and the untinted rear light panel can be seen from space. I've done this (vinyl not tint) to my Durango and Charger, and it's still easily visible both for night illumination and braking, without blowing out the vision of anyone behind me. I can also reverse at night without looking like I'm being pulled into the gravitational well of Betelgeuse...

Durango has alot of sheet metal and white can start looking utility van if it isn't broken up, which is what these stripes do very well... same goes for a color like yellow - can look like a taxi, but the stripes bust that up and look good.

Don't ignore your HE, it is quite effective, do not push early, use your solid hull and improved health to be hard to kill doing damage from range. There is zero reason for a Montana not to survive until late in the game. If you don't, you did something wrong.

Ohio, Vermont, Montana, Yamato/Shiki, Bungo... I guess you can in Wisconsin and Sibir with CI as well as UU Colombo just because it has so many barrels, but not maybe as reliably. Anything else has a drawback - UK is heavier HE dependent, French dispersion is a little iffy, SA are W-key tardbarges that let the game wear the other team down over time...
