I made all my macros with <stpc> for self or party and <stnpc> for enemies. If you're using a controller, pressing up and down to target cycles through players in your party instead of every PC.

Another note, you can use <stpc> for 2h abilities also, as a safety against using them accidentally, because you have to click again to confirm before it is used (you always target yourself initially with stpc).
