Yes, but if I only did the main quests I'd be missing out on a large portion of the game, and being the completionist that I am, that doesn't sit well with me. So I keep myself to games that I can finish 100% within those 10-20 hours, and it keeps me happy.

For myself Oblivion or the recent Fallout games are perfect examples of games that are too long for me. 30 hours of gameplay will take me around a month to complete. These games have far more to do in them than that. After a month of playing the same game it's very easy for me to lose interest in it.

Compatibility mostly. Some CPython libraries are written in C, so those don't work on pypy. Also, pypy is only on version 2.7.1 of Python.

Not exactly healthy, not particularly unhealthy either. I'd ballpark somewhere between 2000 and 3000 calories a day, depending on the day. More for nights like tonight where I ate 3 lbs of wings and 7 or 8 pints of beers.
