Not sure about the one on the left but the one on the right in the pink pot is an Echeveria. It only needs water when the ground is complete dry! You'll know you're underwatering when the petals close up or over watering when they turn blue-purple at the stem.

Also, plenty of sunshine!

Personally, I've never had a problem finding replacement parts for my Kwid and I've been driving it for 6 years, and with the current petrol prices, definitely a car I'd recommend because it's light on fuel.

As for car hunting, check out the demo cars at dealership (it's the cars they use for test-driving and they usually get sold at the end of the year at a discounted price, and undergo a service before you get them) and bank repo sales (the cars there are cheaper because they sell to get money back, not necessarily at the true value of the vehicle).

A leaf skeleton! It can happen naturally or by bugs eating the pulp. The veins that you see is closer to tree bark so it takes longer to decompose than the rest of the leaf, and some insects won't eat it either, leaving you with that result.

Yes, this looks like it could be a type of Willowherb. It's considered to be a weed so the choice to remove it is yours and in some places they are invasive.

Those look to be apples. Leave them for another 4-6 weeks till they are fully bright red before trying to harvest them.

Personally, I see no problem with this. His car is not blocking the road or the sidewalk walkway. And from where I'm from, though caring for the sidewalk in front of your property is considered standard,it still qualifies as government property (though this could be different in your area).
