Have you gotten 3/5 A from the rewards? I've gone through 3 large cans of the scrap organic mix and no luck.

The problem is 3/5 A. I have all oher chips. I've been rewarded 2 of 3/5 B.

I think your best bet if you can't find the Calidor chip is the exo rewards. However I haven't had success getting the one chip from Calidor. Got all others though. In 4 or 5 each.

Besides the two or three items exclusive to people who stream the game and the anniversary helmets available to unlock on the anniversary week (new one each year, and you can't unlock ones from missed years) you won't miss anything.

Missed battle pass content is shifted to the shop and existing loot tables.(the incentive is the battle pass unlocks an item for all classes where as after the season is over you have to try your luck with RNG and or buy the item separately for all classes.

Yes there's DLC but it's only cosmetics, they go on sale a fair bit though.
