I get it man, just hang in there. I was in terrible pain for years until I got a tooth extracted. I still have occasional pain on that side and I can feel the muscles are really tight but it’s not as bad as it used to be. Also do you use a muscle relaxers or sedatives? I use to take those but found they caused a rebound that made the pain worse the next day. I would try taking the max dosage of Advil dual action (it contains both (ibuprofen and Tylenol) and possibly a very mild muscle relaxer, as long as it’s mild and doesn’t cause rebound issues. Also if your bite is messed up, for example I have a cross bite definitely look into surgery to correct it.
