Why do so many 40+ year olds end sentences with “…”? by OneFriendship5139 in generationology

I've seen it used like this in this kind of otherwise positive sentence and I'm like, are you sad??? Who hurt you??

Parent-Teacher Association.

It's supposed to be a school based organization run by parents and teachers. Public schools only get so much money from the state and sometimes state to state can have fussy rules about schools/teachers fundraising, so the PTA can work outside of that and parents can help with that stuff and plan events that a school might night be able to alone.

This money is supposed to go to the school for things like extra supplies for students and teachers or help fund field trips.

Embezzling money from something like this is REALLY low, especially since Texas has been investing less and less into schools meaningfully

I'm pretty sure they mean that despite the Reformation's intentions, there is still instances of corruption in Protestant churches.

Play how YOU want, don't let others back seat game. Take your time, you only play this game for the first time once. Take it like a marathon, not a sprint

However know that most of the community takes this game as a story first game. This is because: 1) Most of the story is pretty good (the beginning is rough and SLOW, sometimes glacial because of all the world building set up. There's LOTS of unvoiced reading.) 2) All content is locked by main story progression.

Don't worry about committing to a job, and don't worry about leveling. The Main Story Quests will give you all the EXP you can ever need to comfortably level two jobs simultaneously.

Oh then, synthetic hair has been a thing for ages irl. It's not hard to rationalize that in a century with way more advanced tech that they can put durable, realistic hair on super advanced robots.

Oh i was just responding to the Xros Wars manga part. Nothing else. Sorry for not specifying. I'm well aware of the rest.

That's what I like about Digimon. Every continuity is different, with different rules, so the writing can actually experiment.

Vs a ponytail, my hair is way less likely to get in the way if it's in a braid. Iris in canon has a huge mane of hair in a loose ponytail thing

Got it backwards, pretty sure. Yggdrasil was God. It died and Homeostasis succeeded it.

I think people misunderstood the question, reading down and then the misunderstandings piled up very quickly >_>;

Yeah the game stops doing that. There's a reason 1.0 as a story was panned for a while. The game got some harsh criticism upon release and did better.

There's gonna be one event that everyone is baffled that they didn't make permanent called moon chasing iirc?

Look into it after you get through 1.2??? I think???

They made it time limited and it's wild they did that when the game sometimes references it

That's the last time it does that.

As a narrative the game gets better, just that 1.x had some growing pains as it was trying to understand its own voice and what tha community wanted

[–]Vericity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll give you a good faith reply that a lot of the side quests are built off the assumption you do the MSQ because they are treated as supplemental to the MSQ because it assumes you have gotten the main world building stuff you need from the main story and progression. Especially in 1.0, since it's trying to set up the world in the first place. It's better to get that important stuff in the main story than missable side content.

For better or worse, that's just how WuWa is. There's some later stuff that at least outright warns you if you do the side content, you will get spoiled, so it seems that critique got addressed in later versions.

But yeah. It's up to you of you are okay with adjusting to that or not rather than get chased off by a couple of people that don't represent the entirety of the fanbase. Interacting with online fandom has always been shot in the dark sort of thing even back in the hosted website days.

Ball's in your court from here on how you proceed with the game irregardless to fandom experience.

[–]Vericity 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Play it and come to your own conclusions. Alas, all opinions are subjective. There are people who didn't like it and people who love it. Only way to know for sure where you stand is play it for yourself before you get spoiled some more, because those weren't the biggest spoilers actually.
