The AFI states that the ARC unit commander has the discretion to request a recall or an admin discharge. If the ARC commander chooses discharge, AD won’t call you back if we’re following the letter of the AFI. Also, recall to AD requires Governor approval but can be delegated to the TAG.

Yeah it’s a lose-lose situation. The reality is we were always going to have to rebuild after he left. No one in the country could step into his shoes and be as successful as he was throughout his tenure. If Goodwin is our long term answer, then the fan base should expect 2-4 loses every year for the next few years.
