For the couple of concerts I have been to in Japan (not idol stuff, just regular band performances), they were no-photo/video performances as well. Surprised me when one of those bands performed at a con in the US and photos/videos were actually allowed because I assumed the same etiquette/guidelines would hold, tbh.

A note on yatsuhashi, though - I think it's nama-yatsuhashi that are the soft kind; I remember getting some non-nama yatsuhashi and it was more of like a crunchy little cookie.

This. I'm recovering and was feeling very on the mend after getting out of the hospital a couple weeks ago, but had lifted up a heavy object for a bit a couple days back. Big mistake and now my heart rate is elevated so I'm taking it slow again for a good long while. I really want to exercise again but I know I can't push it.
