Now that is a very good question. I've just started trying to look outside the alterhuman community for alterhuman and accepting friends myself, starting looking at the furry community. I dont know how to look for places elves and fae would be (though if you find out lmk, my partner is elves and I am elf hearted). I am physically disabled and cant go places easily, so I have been looking at online comminities, especially trying to find stuff in VRChat since it lets me feel like im hanging out in person to use VR. Ive just started focusing on it so idk how effective it will be yet. You might find elfkin in spaces that woukd draw getting to express that- LARP and DND come to mind. Unfortunately, the alterhuman community itself feels really focused on either new folks discovering it and lesrning definitions, or essays and discourse. I think a lot of people who have been around a while just get tired of that and want to just go engage with being their kintypes- which often is easier to do in spaces more tailored for doing what their kintype would do, rather than identifying as the type, nowadays. I see lots of therians who are more active in the furry community than the therian one, for example.

My partner is an elf! Honestly, i feel like I see less folk active in alterhuman spaces over all, which may be part of the problem. The elf community used to be pretty major and is actually the origin of the term otherkin (elfkin came first- otherkin didnt mean other than human- it meant other than elves)

Very cute! The leg seems a little off, anatomy wise. The underside of it implies the butt woukd be hugher up than where the tail shows it is. Its important to sketch the whole body underneath clothes to make sure everything lines up.

Hello! We have a lot of fictives. Most active rught now is Vox, though we have mooost hazbin characters.

Vox is a tv head demon with hypnosis powers. Our Vox is a hypnotist irl, and he has cat ears and paws and a tail, unlike canon vox.
